Founded by Dr. Wissam Maalouf with the belief that every life deserves dignity and opportunity, our organization began with small, meaningful acts of service. Over time, these efforts grew into a global mission, uniting volunteers, donors, and communities across borders to uplift the vulnerable, provide essential resources, and inspire sustainable development.

Dr. Wissam Maalouf is the Founder and General Advisor of International Mission De Vie. With over 30 years of experience in the humanitarian and social fields, he is a tireless advocate for human rights, fighting for a world of justice, against poverty, and for the protection of human dignity.
Dr. Maalouf specializes in political philosophy, with a focus on strategic challenges and positive neutrality, and brings this unique perspective to his work in creating long-term solutions for vulnerable populations in Lebanon and worldwide.
Volunteers are the heart of International Mission De Vie. Their dedication and passion are essential to our mission, enabling us to make a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve and helping us combat poverty, provide humanitarian aid, and uplift human dignity.

Restoring the Truth Through the Rule of Law
For several years, the association Mission de Vie and its founder, Dr. Wissam Maalouf, have been subjected to intense public scrutiny and a series of serious accusations. These allegations, widely disseminated in the media and on various institutional platforms, fueled a narrative that we are now able to definitively correct through the authority of the Lebanese judiciary.
Following rigorous and comprehensive judicial proceedings, we are pleased to announce that the Lebanese courts have issued final decisions confirming our complete innocence.

Pendant plusieurs années, la communauté maronite Mission de Vie et son fondateur, Wissam Maalouf, ont fait l'objet d'un examen public intense et d'une série d'accusations graves. Ces allégations, largement diffusées dans les médias et sur diverses plateformes institutionnelles, ont alimenté un récit que nous sommes désormais en mesure de corriger définitivement grâce à l'autorité du pouvoir judiciaire libanais.

Dismissal of Financial and Administrative Charges
On April 26, 2023, the General Prosecutor's Office of Mount Lebanon officially dismissed a major case involving allegations of identity theft, forgery, breach of trust, and embezzlement. The investigation, conducted by the Financial Crimes Bureau, concluded with "case dismissal" due to the absence of any offense, fully exonerating founder Wissam Maalouf and Mission de Vie Association.

Acquittal in Internal Association Disputes
A separate complaint filed against association members, accusing them of embezzlement, was rejected by the Attorney General of Appeal, Judge Carmen Ghaleb. The judiciary confirmed the baselessness of the complaint and officially closed the file on February 15, 2023.

Non-Prosecution Order (Judge Nicolas Mansour Decision)
In a comprehensive judgment, the First Investigating Judge of Mount Lebanon, President Nicolas Mansour, issued a non-prosecution order in favor of Mission de Vie Association. The court cited the absence of criminal intent and insufficient evidence, thereby exonerating the association from any charges related to obstruction of judicial decisions.

في ٢٦ نيسان ٢٠٢٣، قررت النيابة العامة الاستئنافية في جبل لبنان حفظ الملف المتعلق بادعاءات انتحال صفة، تزوير، إساءة أمانة واختلاس أموال. وقد انتهت التحقيقات التي أجراها مكتب مكافحة الجرائم المالية إلى "حفظ الملف" لعدم وجود أي جرم، مما يبرئ تماماً المؤسس وسام معلوف وجمعية "رسالة حياة".

رُفضت شكوى منفصلة قُدمت ضد أعضاء في الجماعة بتهمة اختلاس الأموال من قبل المحامي العام الاستئنافي القاضية كارمن غالب. وقد أكد القضاء زيف الشكوى وأقفل الملف رسمياً في ١٥ شباط ٢٠٢٣.

قرار منع المحاكمة (قرار القاضي نيكولا منصور)
في حكم مفصل، أصدر قاضي التحقيق الأول في جبل لبنان، الرئيس نيكولا منصور، قراراً بمنع المحاكمة عن جمعية "رسالة حياة". واستندت المحكمة إلى انتفاء النية الجرمية وعدم كفاية الدليل، مبرئةً الجمعية من أي تهمة تتعلق بمخالفة القرارات القضائية.

Non-lieu concernant les accusations financières et administratives
Le 26 avril 2023, le Parquet général du Mont-Liban a officiellement classé sans suite une affaire majeure impliquant des allégations d'usurpation d'identité, de faux, d'abus de confiance et de détournement de fonds. L'enquête, menée par le Bureau des crimes financiers, a conclu à l'absence de charges, innocentant pleinement Wissam Maalouf et Mission de Vie.

Acquittement relatif aux litiges internes à la communauté
Une plainte distincte déposée contre des membres de la communauté, accusés de détournement de fonds, a été rejetée par le Procureur général d'appel, la juge Carmen Ghaleb. La justice a confirmé le caractère infondé de la plainte et a officiellement clos le dossier le 15 février 2023.

Ordonnance de Non-lieu (Décision du Juge Nicolas Mansour)
Dans un jugement exhaustif, le Premier Juge d'Instruction du Mont-Liban, Nicolas Mansour, a prononcé un non-lieu en faveur de l'Association Mission de Vie. Le tribunal a invoqué l'absence d'intention criminelle et l'insuffisance de preuves, exonérant ainsi l'association de toute accusation liée à l'entrave aux décisions judiciaires.
